THE STORY & OCEAN HISTORY

Defined by its subtle sea foam green hue, this uniquely shaped sea glass shard bears a beautifully frosted surface texture and the distinctive tiny C-shaped impact markings of antique glass tumbled by the tides over decades. Cradled in a rugged, tool-marked sterling silver frame with a dark antiqued finish, the raw texture of the metal highlights the soft, ocean-tumbled tone of the glass—creating a striking, unisex ocean talisman for sailors, surfers, and wild swimmers alike.

THE HISTORY OF SEA FOAM GREEN SEA GLASS

Soft green and sea foam shades are uncommon shoreline discoveries, typically accounting for only 1 in every 50 to 100 pieces of sea glass found.

This iconic colour frequently originates from vintage soda and beer bottles produced in the late 1800s and early 1900s, including classic ribbed Coca-Cola bottles made from 1915 onwards. Iron added to the molten glass batch created this pale green tint, while natural traces of copper gave thicker antique pieces their distinctive bluish-green glow under direct sunlight.
