Fine Jewellery: Handcrafted to order at the bench and shipped within 1–2 weeks.
Hound & Human Apparel/Merch: Printed to order and shipped within 1–2 weeks.

Tracking & Customs
Order Tracking: Once your order has been lovingly packed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a live tracking number (active within 24 hours).
Customs, Duties & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to their order upon arrival in their destination country. Victoria Grace Studio is not responsible for these fees or international postal delays.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to me. I want you to completely love your purchase! If you need to arrange a return, please review our guidelines below:
How to Request a Return
If you wish to return a qualifying item, please send an email to info@victoriagracesilversmith.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Once approved, you will be provided with the return address.
Items must be sent back unworn, undamaged, and in their original, re-saleable packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived faulty). Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
✕ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our handmade studio, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
Earrings & Piercing Jewellery: For strict hygiene and safety reasons, piercing jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.
MNDO Apparel & Merch: Because these lifestyle items are custom-printed specifically for you when you order, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Please carefully check the sizing charts provided on the product pages before checking out!
Faulty Items or Metal Sensitivities
Damaged/Faulty Goods: If an item arrives faulty, or develops a fault over time, please contact me immediately. I take immense pride in my workmanship and will happily arrange an exchange or refund to make it right.
Metal Allergies: All jewellery is crafted from solid sterling silver, 9ct gold, 14ct gold, or 18ct gold, and complies entirely with the EU Nickel Directive. I am unfortunately unable to provide refunds if you experience an individual skin reaction to these precious metals.
